Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the account page.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

At Willow Creek Press we don't just stand behind our merchandise. We also do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?

If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."

Some browser versions and some firewall's don't permit communication through secure servers. If for any reason you cannot access the secure server, please feel free to place your order with us by phone at 1-800-850-9453 and we will be happy to assist you.

Buying From a Bookstore

Many Willow Creek Press books and calendars are also available at specialty stores such as gift shops, calendar shops, pet stores or other outlets.

Shipping Information

We use UPS to ship to destinations in the continental USA.
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we use the US Postal Service. Prices may vary from quoted UPS prices.

Foreign Orders

All foreign orders can be placed in the same way. Due to varying shipping costs associated with overseas delivery, the total amount due will not be automatically calculated.
